		<description>Yes, I agree that promoting a better understanding of the screening process can&#039;t hurt. But I have to wonder how many people would take it seriously, particularly when most people would think a test result or scan would be definitive and not need to be counter-checked.</description>

		<description>I disagree with Dr. Duffy. The systematic review DID take into account the changing background incidence, and its results were consistent across multiple countries and continents. The message that Cancer Research UK should be promoting is patient education - understanding the pros AND cons of cancer screening.
